Sustainability was a core driver across the entire Wilton Park development, and Solutions delivered a suite of intelligent, future-ready systems to support environmental performance, user comfort, and long-term operational flexibility.
We supplied and commissioned IoT-enabled, DALI-2 lighting controls using advanced components from Delmatic, delivering real-time automation, daylight harvesting, occupancy-based response, and intelligent energy optimisation across the campus. The system uses MQTT-based data communication to ensure seamless integration with the building’s wider smart infrastructure — enabling centralised monitoring, advanced analytics, and dynamic control across multiple zones and buildings.
To support a flexible, people-centric workplace for LinkedIn and other campus tenants, we supplied a complete underfloor-to-desk power system from CMD.
This solution provides a clean, low-profile way to deliver power directly to workpoints — without disrupting the open-plan, collaborative design intent. It allows for seamless reconfiguration of office layouts over time, supporting agile working styles, hybrid collaboration spaces, and long-term tenant adaptability. Alongside these systems, we delivered a robust and scalable KTS cable containment solution from OBO Bettermann, designed to meet the architectural and MEP demands of a multi-building development. This ensured clean integration of electrical services from core risers to final delivery points — supporting a high-spec finish while maintaining accessibility for future fit-out or upgrade works.
